Pay for only what you need, phase by phase.

Hourly Support

For quality assurance purposes, all hours must be used within 90 days of purchase.

  • 5 Hours: $200

  • 10 Hours: $350

  • 20 Hours:$650

Note: Services are remote and billed prior to service delivery unless otherwise arranged. All work must be scheduled at least 2 business days in advance. Rush requests are subject to availability and up to 2x the standard hourly rate.

I’m Lyndsey Helmstetter and I have over a decade of experience driving efficiency and growth for small to mid-sized businesses.

My track record includes implementing systems that reduce costs, ensure compliance, and streamline operations across HR, finance, marketing, and administrative functions. I am an expert at wearing multiple hats while maintaining high-quality deliverables in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, I enjoy entertaining my maltipoo, painting animals and florals, reading psychology and fantasy books, and building community. I value openness, integrity, and courage, which I intentionally bring into every aspect of my life (including work).
